About the game

Originally released in September 2003 for exclusively for the Xbox, Voodoo Vince is a platformer video game developed by Beep Industries and published by Microsoft Game Studios. On April 18, 2017, a remaster of the game was released for Windows and Xbox One consoles, featuring improved graphics and faster load times. This remaster was also made available through Xbox Cloud Gaming in October 2025.

After he is accidentally brought to life, Vince must travel through various different levels to rescue his creator Madame Charmaine, after she is kidnapped by the clumsy duo Jeb and Fingers. A long the way, Vince must fight off various monsters by hurting himself and using various other voodoo powers.

Vince is entirely made out of burlap, but when he's lit on fire, he states that he's made out of cloth.
Replica 1:1 scale Voodoo Vince dolls were presented to the production team of the game. The left overs had been sent out to many different countries on release of the game as prizes for competitions.
